The Software, including all code, graphics, user interface, and documentation, is owned by Omar Nabil Metwally, M.D. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your license does not grant any ownership rights.
Your data (recordings, transcriptions, documents) remains yours. We claim no ownership of content you create using the Software.
License fees are processed by our payment provider, LemonSqueezy. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms of service.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with KeisenVPA within 30 days of purchase, contact keisenvpa@proton.me for a full refund.
Annual licenses renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your LemonSqueezy account or by contacting support.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Omar Nabil Metwally, M.D. regarding the Software and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
